All ages and levels are welcomed. Improve movement quality, reduce pain & injury and gain confidence with strength training fundamental movements.

Group Functional Classes

MetCon

Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) is a scientifically designed program to boost your metabolism, drop body fat, increase your strength, improve conditioning and make your body function well in your daily life.

MetCon usually features one of two popular workout formats, AMRAP (as many reps or rounds as possible) and EMOM (every min on the min). These workouts use a variety of functional movements (squats, push-ups, lunges) performed in sequence, interspersed with high-intensity cardio intervals, which mean sessions are always different.

Total Body Blast

This fun energetic class is a total body workout that focuses on every muscle group at an intensity that will simultaneously improve your cardiovascular, strength and endurance. Total body training combines strength and cardio exercises to melt fat fast, improve body definition and increase your energy levels throughout the day! 
Functional Fit Friday
 
Combining weight training and metabolic conditioning to improve your strength and enhance your performance – teaching you how to move more efficiently and perform better both in training and everyday life. Classes will include mobility, strength and a metabolic conditioning workout to help build and maintain lean muscle, and increase strength, metabolism and overall fitness levels.

Circuit Training

Classes are designed to push you to the next level while combining more functional training tools including: battle ropes, resistance bands, medicine balls, sled push/pulls and weight training.  Each class is structured in stations to keep each session dynamic and fun. Be prepared to test your conditioning and strength levels while continuing to maximize results!

Total Performance Youth Training

Each session will include skills and conditioning necessary to help prevent injuries through various warmups, exercises and techniques. The programming will focus on acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, upper and lower body strength training with resistance bands, TRX and weight training.

1-on-1 Training

I’ll analyze each of my clients capabilities at our initial assessment, discuss goals, obstacles and expectations so I can tailor a unique program to suit their own personal goals.

1-1 coaching has given me the opportunity to help people change their lives by improving your confidence, fitness and overall health. My knowledge and expertise enables me to take my clients to a place they never thought was possible. 

With my guidance and coaching paired with your sheer commitment and determination, anything is achievable. 

I understand fitting in time to train can be challenging with our busy schedules and costly so I also provide Small Group Functional Training sessions which is a great way to spread the cost. It’s the perfect chance to get your friends and family involved, have some fun but ultimately burn some calories and keep fit.
